Tanglewood Recital Series: Music for New Bodies

On August 7, a piece by Matthew Aucoin ' 12, Music for New Bodies, is coming to Tanglewood, staged by Peter Sellars.

Music for New Bodies is an opera, or vocal symphony, based on Jorie Graham's astounding recent poetry. It's a piece about what human beings are doing to the planet, and to ourselves, and what our species is on the verge of becoming.
