SUMMARY:Graduate Symposium: "The Climate of Literature"
DESCRIPTION:
We are pleased to announce this year's Fall Graduate Symposium theme: "The Climate of Literature."

The Fall Graduate Symposium is an annual department event at which graduate students and a visiting keynote speaker present work on a shared theme. The event is an opportunity for students and faculty to come together, discussing questions that transcend periods and fields.

This year's symposium will be held on Thursday, November 11 and Friday, November 12. Events will include a keynote address by Professor Min Hyoung Song (Boston College) and a series of graduate student panels with faculty respondants.

Though our intention is to hold the symposium in person at Harvard, we are of course paying close attention to the CDC’s recommendations as well as Harvard’s developing policies regarding COVID-19. In the event that an in-person symposium becomes impossible, we will proceed virtually over Zoom.

Please reach out to Bailey Sincox with any questions.

	<drupal-media data-entity-type="media" data-entity-uuid="96198c46-884a-41d8-94e5-a88ce795b92d" alt="Alfred Stieglitz, “A Winter Sky: Central Park” (1897), c.
