Last week students from Medieval and Arrivals courses gathered at Arts @ 29 Garden to practiced the art of hand-lettering with professional calligrapher Maryanne Grebenstein from The Abbey Studio. Equipped with feather quills, pots of ink, and sheets of vellum, students followed the guidance of Grebenstein to perfect their scribal work.
