#  A Conversation with Case Kerns

On Tuesday, October 7th, at 5:30pm, in the Thompson Room, our very own Case Kerns was in conversation with Senior Lecturer and Director of Creative Writing Laura van den berg about his novel, *Habitat*. After reading an excerpt of his book, Case discussed how he arrived at *Habitat*’s interconnected narrative structure, writing speculative fiction, books that have inspired him, his writing schedule, and his decision to enroll in an MFA Program.
