Please join the Departments of English and History of Art and Architecture for a talk by Pulitzer Prize-winning art critic Sebastian Smee at 5:00pm on Monday, March 30th in the Sackler Lecture Hall at 485 Broadway in Cambridge. Smee is the author of numerous acclaimed books, including *Paris in Ruins: Love, War and the Birth of Impressionism*, and will be teaching a creative writing workshop in fall 2026 titled “Pictures into Words.” Come learn more about Smee’s work and the craft of writing about art.
