Wells, Charlotte Perkins Gilman, Robert A. Heinlein, James Tiptree, Jr. (Alice Sheldon), Octavia Butler, William Gibson, Cordwainer Smith, Richard Powers, and more. (Not a course in television or film.)

Notes: This course, when taken for a letter grade, meets the General Education requirement for Aesthetic and Interpretive Understanding.
